Tracking hits your email when the printer lets it go. Checkout and payment stay on Shopify so the card never touches this site.
14 days from delivery if the piece unused and unwashed, tags still on. You cover return ship unless we sent the wrong size or a bad print — then we make it right.
Custom / all-over prints are made for you. We can’t take those back unless they’re defective.
